We got a room with a bath. An electric kettle, central heating, and an iron were good. The location was lovely, so close to other cafes, good restaurants, and theatres and sea front.

Very amiable stuff at all times, compact room with sea views.

This place has an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron, and it is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from a pier and close to the seafront.

Marvellous and good location on area & restaurants, all was perfect. I was surprised at nearby Favo'loso, they had some goodies, drinks.

Reasonably large and compact room with big bathroom. Sea view, really helpful staff team at all times.

Double room with very comfy beds, had essentials required. This was a perfect and lovely location so close to dog friendly pubs, beach and the beach and restaurants.

I booked airy and neat room with sofas, very comfortable bed and a beautiful comfortable bathroom. The breakfast was savoury and delicious, had lots of options. The location was marvellous, not too far from an Eastbourne pier.
